Cardiac Surgeon and Director of Marian Cardiac Centre and Research Foundation, Pune

Dr. Manoj Durairajis a cardiac surgeon, practicing Pediatric and Adult Cardiac Surgery. He is an associate professor of cardiac surgery at Ruby Hall Clinic and is an expert in coronary artery bypass surgery with specific focus on beating heart total arterial bypass surgery. He has been operating on complex congenital cardiac disorder with excellent results. His mission is delivering high quality service in the form of advanced new techniques of surgery to all strata of Indian society. Dr. Manoj Durairaj, MS, MCH, is a trustee and cardiac surgeon, practicing pediatric and adult cardiac surgery. He has completed his MCh (CVTS) at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and underwent Advanced Fellowship in Bypass Surgery at Melbourne University, Australia. He is the Director of Cardiac Surgery at Ruby Hall Clinic and is an expert in coronary artery bypass surgery with a specific focus on beating heart and total arterial bypass graft procedure. He is the pioneer of Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery in Pune. He has been operating on complex congenital cardiac lesions with excellent results. His mission is delivering high quality cardiac surgical service in the form of advanced new techniques to all strata of Indian society.

Professor Gavin Lambert
Director - Iverson Health Innovation Research Institute
Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia

Professor Lambert is the Director of the Iverson Health Innovation Research Institute. He is a Fellow of the American Heart Association (FAHA) and was formerly Head of the Human Neurotransmitters Laboratory at the Baker IDI Heart & Diabetes Institute. He is a neurochemist/clinical research scientist and his research focus includes psychological stress, hypertension and obesity. The breadth of his work reflects the protean nature of the sympathetic nervous system which is implicit in the physiology of an array of biological systems. He has worked previously in Sweden and France, has ongoing local, national and international collaborations. Professor Lambert’s research focus includes psychological stress, hypertension and obesity. He is Fellow of the American Heart Association and has over 30 years’ experience as a neurochemist and clinical research scientist.  He was formerly Head of the Human Neurotransmitters Laboratory at the Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute.

Dr Ching Siew Mooi
 Associate Professor, Department of Family Medicine, Universiti Putra Malaysia

Ching Siew Mooi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the Universiti Putra Malaysia. She obtained her master degree in family medicine at University Malaya. Her research interests lie in the area of non-communicable disease like blood pressure, obesity, diabetes and addiction. She published more than 50 manuscripts in peer review journal at the national and international level. She also invited as the keynote speaker in smartphone addiction at the regional Family Medicine Specialist Association conference

Dr Mansi Patil
Clinical Nutritionist, Asha Kiran Jubilee Hope Centre Hospital, Chinchwad, Pune
National Joint Secretary, The Indian Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (IAPEN)

Dr. Mansi Patil is a practicing clinical nutritionist with a focus on Cardio-metabolic syndrome. She is currently working in Asha Kiran Jubilee Hope Centre Hospital, Chinchwad, Pune. Dr. Mansi Patil joined IAPEN in the year 2012 and is actively participating in various activities for promotion of Public Health and Nutrition. Dr. Mansi Patil has done Master Degree in Dietetics from Pune University and PhD from University of Technology & Management in the area of Hypertension. She has taken Membership of International Society of Hypertension in the year 2014 and is actively involved in various national and international activities of the Society. During her PhD, she recognized the importance and need for hypertension profiling of population at each level of health-care interaction. With this aim, She is actively involved in conducting educational programs for medical and para-medical professionals. She is a Visiting Faculty for Master’s programs on Public Health Nutrition offered by the Maharashtra University of Medical Sciences (Pune Centre, India). She is a trained UNICEF Nutrition Rehabilitation Centre expert and is a ToT (Trainer-of-Trainers) consultant for the Infant and Young Child Nutrition (IYCF) program. She has participated and presented her most recent research at the 1st Asia Pacific Cardio-Metabolic Syndrome conference held at Seoul, South Korea in 2018. Her work is focused on the Preventive aspect of Cardio-metabolic syndrome and its epidemiology especially related to hypertension and its dietary, lifestyle and behavioural risk factors. She is a practitioner of yoga and also a prolific writer for newspapers and an active advocate for promoting healthy lifestyles. Dr Mansi Patil has also published 4 research papers in refereed journals. She has been under the ISH Mentorship program since 2017 with Dr. Gavin Lambert. She has also been included under the “Women in Hypertension Spotlight” by ISH for her work in Hypertension. She has successfully lead the Pune (India) campaign of the May Measurement Month for 2017 and 2018. She is also an International Member of American Society of Preventive Cardiology since 2018.

Ms Somya Shrivastava, Head-Clinical Nutritionist, Max Healthcare Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, New-Delhi
Treasurer, South Region Delhi Chapter, The Indian Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (IAPEN)

Ms Somya is a practicing Clinical Nutritionist with extensive experience of 14 years, specializing in Critical Care Nutrition as special interest. Apart from this she is also a trained and practicing Bariatric Nutritionist. Ms Somya has done her M.Sc in Food and Nutrition, further which she did various other courses to keep herself updated. Post Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education Project, HOPE, Certificate Course in Pediatric Nutrition, Certificate Course in Critical Care Nutrition from IAPEN, Certificate Course in Sports Nutrition from- ISSA, California to name a few and latest one being Low FODMAP Diet from Monash University. She has also presented various research papers at National and International level. The most recent paper which got published and won first prize was on topic: Nutritional Assessment in Critical Care: Comparing the Modified Nutrition Risk in Critically ill  (mNUTRIC) with the Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment (PG-SGA) in Mechanically Ventilated Critical Care Patients. She is also active member of Indian Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (IAPEN) and member of European Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ESPEN),



Sneha Raje, Founder,  Build n Bond® Consultant -Nutrition & Fitness, LEC Member Indian Dietetic Association, Pune , comes with an experience of 14+ years in the Health and Fitness Industry. She holds PGD Sports Sciences and Nutrition, is a Certified Diabetes Educator and is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Health Fitness Specialist. IAPEN Certificate Clinical Nutrition, She has taken Practical Training at Skill based Workshops from Kriya Kinesis, Mumbai on Athletic Skills and Drills, Prehabilitation, Move to Music (Group Fitness Training). She is also a certified Yoga Teacher and Trained to conduct workshops on Mindfulness. During her work career she has worked with reputed Organisations as Innvocept Global Solutions Pvt ltd, Human Dynamic India Pvt Ltd, Solaris Sports World, Bharati Hospital, Jehangir Hospital, Saifee Boys School and interned at Jupiter Hospital and Army Sports Institute, Pune. She has also worked as Teaching Faculty for SPN Doshi College, Swadhar Career Institute, Mumbai, BFY Pune, FII, Pune and is invited as guest speaker for National and International Conferences. Her research Paper on “Dietary Composition and Hydration status of Athlete” was selected for oral presentation in 17th International Congress of Ergonomics Association, held in Beijing, China and Paper on “Effect of high protein diet for short and long duration on hydration status of Indian bodybuilders” selected for poster presentation for 42nd Conference of Nutrition Society of India, Mumbai. Sneha, enjoys working with Clients of all age groups and motivates them to progress towards their Fitness Goals. She believes in Continual Learning to Progressive Evolving !
